Terms and Agreement

Dry Cleaning and Laundry Policy:

We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry cleaning and laundering we cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Responsibility is also disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells and sequins. 26clean’s liability regarding any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. We are not responsible for items left more than 30 days.

Re-Cleaning Policy:

Within two (2) days after pick up, you may return any dry cleaned or laundered items if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, and we will re-clean them free of charge. We are not responsible for items left more than 30 days.

Loss Policy:

We exercise utmost care in processing clothing items received to avoid misplacement or loss of items. However, there will be instances where items may get misplaced or lost. As such, differences in count must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Unless a list accompanies the bundle, our count must be accepted. 26clan’s liability regarding any lost item shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition excluding leather, suede and household items which are at customer’s own risk at all times.

Unclaimed Items:

26clean will attempt to contact customers every 21 days regarding unclaimed items.  In the instance that laundry or dry-cleaning is not claimed within 120 days, 26clean will set aside clothes and donate them to the less privileged

Delivery and Pick-Up

When our friendly drivers pick up and drop off your clothes at your front door, they’ll ask for your signature. Please check your clothes before signing. Once you’ve signed for your delivery, 26clean is no longer responsible for your items.

26clean offers the option to have your laundry left at a designated location. You are responsible for ensuring that your designated location is accessible to our driver and is secure. You grant permission for our driver to enter your designated location (such as dorms, fraternity houses, private homes, and apartment buildings) and to make any necessary arrangements to allow our driver access. 26clean is not responsible for your items after they are left in your designated location. 26clean is not responsible for any laundry not directly delivered or picked up by our drivers.

Missed Appointment Policy

If you will not be able to make your schedule pick-up or delivery time, please call, text, or email as soon as you know there is a problem. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment. You may be charged a re-delivery fee.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may cancel at any time. Cancellations must be emailed to info@26clean.com with 30 days’ notice. Cancellations with fewer than 30 days’ notice will be billed for processing fee. The above terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
